About Shipping and Delivery

We deliver all across the country except certain areas which are out of coverage. Our courier company delivers orders during working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday to Thursday.

Shipping fees depend on the total quantity of items, weight and shipping speed selected. We will provide you the exact shipping cost upon check out.

For out of coverage areas, customers will be required to collect their orders from the nearest courier hub within the city.

About Same-Day Delivery

 Same- Day delivery is available for products sold and fulfilled by Alshair to selected areas in Alexandria , Orders for eligible items need to be placed before 11 AM. A shipping fee of EGP 45 will be charged. The courier company can deliver orders up to 10 PM.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Shopping Cart:

1. Select Proceed to Checkout.
2. Select or add your shipping address.
3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue.
4. Select a payment method.
5. The total shipping cost will be listed under the Order Summary displayed on the right-hand side of the page.

We won't refund delivery costs in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Alshair’s control.

Your payment card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed on the item's product information page and in the checkout.

Alshair reserves the right to change or discontinue any delivery option at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of an order for which you have paid Same-Day Delivery fees is not delivered on the same day (or the next day in case of orders made on a holiday) your only remedy will be a refund of the Same-Day  fees paid for the order. Alshair will not be liable for any other loss or damage, including without limitation any consequential loss or damage (for example, should you purchase the products at a higher price from another retailer) arising out of or in connection with the fact that a Same-Day delivery was not delivered or was not delivered on time. This limitation of liability applies in addition to any provision set out in any terms and conditions on Alshair’s website.

Note: Orders of items sold by different marketplace sellers might have multiple shipping charges. Each marketplace seller charges separate shipping fee based on the item(s) and the delivery address.
